Hi,
For Arte@Thomson, the 2 bedroom size is of 1055sqf. Either Pool facing or the drop-off pouch facing. The lowest psf u can expect would be a good estimate of approx $900psf up. However, the response for this project is good, let me know if you want to check the availability of the 2bedrooms as there is only total 54units for available.

Hi Leow,
Please do kindly advise your objective in considering The ARTE @ Thomson. Is it for investment or for own stay. Basically developers has their price to sell in new projects, so its a bit difficult to enquire the best price to buy a 2 bedroom, they may give discount, but ultimately it comes back to buyers needs and objective.
You may want to consider the following in considering The arte @ thomson.
- Facing of the unit (pool, view, city view etc)
- Facing of Direction (North, South...)
