Hi Maxine, saw transacted price at S$445K but one owner is selling and value is S$415K? I am a property agent staying in an EA flat in the same area as you.

Hi the estimate valuation is about $440k to $450k base on the Jurong West Ave 3 last three month tranaction for bLK 270 series.
I would suggest that you need a finance calculation on your selling .

Current transacted price for 274A Executive Apt is $445K and $448,500.
