Hi, I am seriously considering to venturing into real estate business full time and am looking to double my current income from 100k+ to 250k p.a.
Dear Mentors and senior, kindly do advise what is the difference in Project Sales Team like Savills & Hutton as compared to other well known co. like Propnex,ECG, HSR and etc? What are the competitive advantage over each others given that both platform provides good mentoring and coaching programs plus knowledge/skills sharing?

Firstly, the question that you have posed also belies the answer. Savills & Huttons on one side, and (Let's call them everyone else) on the other side. Aka, there is an obvious and glaring difference between the two sides.
Hence, let us closely examine the cause of this disparity.
To better understand this, let me use the airlines as an example.
There is our national airline SIA, and there is everyone else.
They all fly the same airplanes, serve more or less the same food, use the same entertainment systems, fly to the same destinations, and yet, SIA stands above all.
Core to her success lies in the "culture" of the cabin crew. The same culture that drives the spirit of excellence, and never say die attitude.
Comapared to the "others", Savills and Huttons are small players in the real estate business. But having said that, are also the fastest growing. Hence, the next rising stars.
The result?
Huttons has a proud tradition of selling out whole projects on VIP launch day. A feat quite unmatched by her rivals.
How you might ask?
It really is not something that can be shared over the phone or over coffee, but rather the process of surviving in one of the most competitive agencies in real estate.
"What dosen't kill you, only makes you stronger"
To an adventurous and highly motivated person, take it on as a challenge, then later on should you choose to venture out of New Projects, then you will face-off against "the others", who have been trained in fields, "not so quite as challenging" as the place you've come from!
Seriously, it's just not fair for your competition then!

Regard to your question. It a v tough question you ask. I think the best you have to find out even how good the mentor are is nothing wrong but it only yourself whether can take the pressure to work hard or not is your own choice
