I would like to know if there is any websites available to check for housing valuation. On top of that, can I know what is the valuation of the block 661 over at hougang avenue 4?

Hi, thw valuation is pegged to past transactions and many more factors that your unit have.
Within your 661 area, a 3rm unit is val around 217k, 4rm around 315k and 5rm around 340k.
If you need a more accurate valuation, you will need to engage a valuer. Or I can give you an indicative valuation if you can provide me with more details.

Hi, valuation is pegged to the past transactions. You can always obtain the past transactions figures from HDB website. www.hdb.gov.sg
I can also give you an indictative if I can have more details like flat type, level and condition of the flat.
