Dear Property Guru, Are properties located near major expressways valued significantly lower? (high traffic sound level, dust etc.) And,do properties with the MRT line running just in front (but about 1 bus stop away from the mrt) fetch lower prices? Thank you so much!

Hi Mr Wong.To answer your question, yes, location near expressways & MRT tracks may affect valuation,but there are alot more factors which determine the valuation.Such as high/low flr, layout, proximity to amenities etc.

At the end of the day, you will have to weigh the pros & cons to determine a good yet achievable selling price. Hope this answer helps you.
