Me and my buyer have been looking around for a 4rm unit in simei for the past two weeks but have yet to come across a suitable unit because they want a 4 rm corner unit. If yours is a corner unit, pls call me so that i can make arrangements for them to view. Thanks...

To attract buyers, it is neccesary to market your property to gain maximum exposure.
I would like to assist to market your property so as to attract more buyers. Especially in this current market where COV is coming down and the wind swinging towards to buyer' side, it is important to enlist an efficient and responsible agent to sell your flat.
