i intend to sell my HDB 5-room masionette at Jurong west st 42, approximately 142 sq ft. What is the current valuation and selling price?

Hi Linda,
The valuation in West st 42 is about 3**K,
In order to get the most accurate value,is for HDB to value your unit. There after based on the condition of your unit,we can advice on how much it may fetch.
No obilgations,but you might want us to take a look at your property first.
