Is this a good time to invest in 4Q 2010? Always hear from Director/CEO of Capital Land,Keppel Land, and Propnex saying that they are expecting a dip in property price in 2011. Price is sky high now. I have already successfully booked a top floor unit in Dawson which is ready by 2015,but I would like to use my mum's name to buy another property.
I m looking at The Callista, Elysia,Francis Court,Moonstone residence,or any properties in the st micheal,potong pasir region. I m taking bank loan and 10 year loan. Looking at under $800 psf for 2 bedroom unit.

Hi,
For investment, it is best to choose a project which is in a good location which in current context, generally means near MRT and amenities. Even suburban area can be invested in if the project surroundings will be developed.
I have a few new launch projects in various districts, low quantum as still under preview pricing and potential high rental yield and good capital appreciation.

New hot launch Waterview coming out with reservior unblock view in the east. Prices super attractive. 8xx psf only 2bedroom 700k approx only Near united world collegue that starts in 2011. Downtown line 3 Good rental investment. Potential capital yield. Call me now VIP PREVIEW NOV 18!! Act fast!
