hi , anybody can adv me the valuation price for a 3rm HDB flat abt 65SqM in 3 toa payoh lor 7 at low storey .
secondly , can i sell my flat below the valuation price ? and what is the min price if i want to sell to my parents ?

Hi,
Firstly if you are serious in selling your unit than you should get the valuation done on the unit and you can sell at valuation price to your parent. Your parents should not be owning any hdb property or their names have been used by any of your other sibilings for the purchased of hdb unit. You can just get advised from any agent you wish to engage to help you on the transaction.To be more sure just check at hdb website or you can call me at 94752813 for advise.
