Hi, I am planning to sell my 5 rm Punggol Central HDB apt. Can you tell me how I can go about getting a 'good' valuation?
FYI. The place is fully furnished and I hardly stay in it. I will sell with all furniture. So it will be 101% move-in.

Hi Sean,
My opinion is leave the furnishing intact during doing valuation. Keep it tidy and neat. After valuation, you can sell off your furnishing. So when buyers come for viewing, they can see the original, which it might be a plus factor to sell fast.
I am keen to sell for you. I can also help you to apply for valuation. Let me know if we can meet and discuss further.
Thanks & Best Regards
