To paint you an more accurate picture of the expected price for your mum's unit, it'll be great if we can speak over the phone. This will also help you get a clearer idea of what to expect for the sales of the unit, may it be in terms of the financial proceeds, procedure, timeframe, etc.

The expected price for the unit can be derived from past transacted prices, current marketed units, facing, level, condition, exact location etc. If you can text / call me at 94510722, it'll be a perfect start.

Hi Lynn,

I do not know what size area is your mum's flat. If it is 104 sqm, transacted is $260K. If it is 84 sqm, is about $209K.

Besides, it also depends on the facing, condition of her units, location and also which level. #01 might not able to fetch very high price.

It would be good to do a valuation first, and from there, decide on the COV and selling price.
