Hi, I just finished my masters recently in NUS. I am on EP and looking for for a cheap, simple place to stay for a year (2 years if the place and community is great). Doesn't have to be fancy. A clean one would be ok. Here's a short description of what i'm looking for... 1.) 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom + 1 utility room (which can be a maid room) whole HDB unit. 2.) Near Red Line MRT or Bus Stands with buses directly to Red Line MRT -> Ang Mo Kio Area to Woodlands Area would be OK. 3.) budget of 1000-1200 SGD depending on what ameneties are nearby. Willing to shell out more if the unit is furnished (depends on the furnish) but i prefer it to be unfurnished. Thanks.
