Open Question
Dear Gurus, my siblings & I have a private property which was inherited from my parents. If my wife & I were to buy a HDB resale flat: 1) Do we have to sell away the private property? 2) Do not need to sell as the private property as it was inherited? 3) Or do I have to remove my name from the private property inorder to buy a HDB resale flat? Note: We are looking for 5 rooms, EM or EA at Punggol or Sengkang.
