Hi SC,

The market price for Orchid Park is about 500k to 600k for 3 or 4 bedrooms.

For all given prices, a 1% deposit will have to be given to secure a booking. Another further 4% will have to be given when you meet with the lawyers.

There is still the stamp duty and legal fees payable also. The agent fee will be 1% of the purchase price.

On the part of bank loan, there is no best bank. The banks will be having promotion from time to time. Do consult a few banks and get the best deal from there.
