I would recommend Carribean at Keppel Bay as it is just beside Vivocity. It offers excepetionally living experience with the sea lieterally your backyard and the marina your playground. It was TOP in 2004.
If you are looking into Sentosa and newer condos, The Berth By The Cove has just TOP in 2007. The Azure is just beside it, TOP in 2008. This is a small development with 116 units only. Disadvatages for Sentosa condos: They are only 99 yr tenure.
