I'm interested to look for a 4 room flat at old airport road, preferably blk 45, 47, 49, 43 or 1. How much does does the valuation price for a 4 room flat at the area currently? and the expected COV range?

Dear Vincent,
Current values for those HDB flats mentioned range from $460k to $500k. You need to budget your COV between $40 to $50k. I have a few partners marketing units in that area.
