Open Question
Hi, I've got a property in Florida that's currently tenanted till 15/10/2008, and I've the intention to continue renting since my wife and I are usually abroad. Is it advisable to rent for 2 years?? Currently the rental is @1.9psf which is relatively lower compared to the market of 2.3, any agent who is keen or able to provide better option, pls drop me a mail or call me @97575288. All advises will be very much appreciated.

Hi DC,

yes it is possible to rent out for 2 years. If you are still happy with this tenant you can still continue with him/her. But you have to inform him/her that you are raising the rental.

Please call me at 98322390 for further discussion.

Thanks.

Hi, if you feel that your tenant is one who takes care of your unit, by all means allow him/her to extend the lease period.

The lease period of 1 or 2 years actually depends all on your requirements. If you do not need to use the unit at all, go ahead with the 2 year plan.

Do call me at 97952814 to discuss further.
