Hello everybody, If all goes well we (my wife an I) will be moving to Singapore per January 2011. Already obtained P1 Employment Pass. End of this month I will be negotiating my housing budget. We want, as a lot of people I guess, low rise condo or landed house, 3 to 4 bedrooms. Quiet and green surroundings. We were thinking Gallop Gallop Gables, Sommerset, Duches Crest. Has to be a walk in condo as we have 2 cats. What budget should I aim for? Are cats a problem to landlords? Many thanks. Eric.

Welcome to Singapore..There are many condo/landed houses to choose from.Firstly,may i know where will be your workplace?So i can narrow down a few projects for you that is nearby to your workplace?I have units for rent at Duchess Crest as well,but I'm afraid by next week or so,it'll be taken up already.For private condo / houses,cats are more than welcome too..Do drop me a line for further discussion.Thanks..
