Hi, I hear that the property market for private housing will go down next year. Should I wait before buying a condo -based on this speculation?

Hi Raj,
Well the property market for next year will be but can't tell as market are going down. If you are buying, just have to see which area you are looking and what is your budget as some pricing are going down. Look for a suitable area that you like whether for own stay or investment. Hi, there are alot of hearsay about the property market. But the property market is just like the shares market, no one can accurately predict the outcome.
If you are keen on a certain property,do consider it when the price is low. You will never know when the price will increase or decrease.
But do your research before attempting to purchase any property.

Hi, Raj
It is usual for buyer wanting to buy cheap. May I suggest that you establish a preferred place or district or condo to find the best valued for your money.
Property and stock market is sentiment based sector. We do not encourage people to speculate. What is a good buy or goodbye? You have to be decivisive when the availability is there. There are others who think like you especially the investors, they will not wait for low price but a good buy.
If you have the specific, then go for the buying. There is no equation involved.
Amiss is always a good buy.
