I have a bungalow at Braddell for sale. I would like to sell it without a lot of unnecessary buyers coming to view my property. Willing to sell at valuation if you have a good buyer willing who has already been searching for a bungalow and ready to commit. Is it stupid to sell at valuation?

Hi. You are selling a bungalow (i.e. landed property, so bear in mind that only Singaporeans&PRs are eligible.
Your banker should be to advise you on the finance/valuation part.
Appointing an Agent exclusively will prevent unnecessary "buyers" dropping by.

URGENT - May I know what is the size of your land and built-up area? This morning I was just talking to my buyer who is interested in Braddell area only. She will view from the outside then make you an offer on the spot if she likes thesurrounding. You can close this sale in 24 hours if interested.

We normally match our client with their budget before commit them to view the place. Normally we match them then make appointment to view the place othery we don't want to waste time for both of us.
