I have been staying in EM flat at Bukit Batok Central for about 8 yrs and wish to upgrade to condo in the west, preferrably at Centris. I am looking for low floor (2-3 floor) 3-room condo but only prepare to pay not more than 700k. Is there a showflat for Centris now? Thanks for advise.

There is no longer any showflat for Centris.
Currently, there are a few 3 bedrooms that suits your budget.
Please let me know if you want to sell first or buy first.
