Hi, I would like to purchase HDB flats under the single scheme but have exceed the monthly salary above $3k. It's the 1st time I'm buying flat. Can i get appeal from HDB load for my 1st time purchase? Or how should i go about it

hi,
since you are buying a HDB flat under single scheme, you must be 35 years old and above. Your income is above $3K, exceeded the HDB requirements for loan and grant.
In this case , you still can buy a HDB flat but must take bank loan.

Hi,
Regard to your question. Yes you must be 35 year old above and you need to apply online thru HDB website for HLE letter of application for approval before you purchase the flat.
