Dear Magdelene,
For your buyer who insists on a particular main door facing direction due to feng shui reasons, there are 2 possibilities to handle this:
1) If the buyer is purchasing for own stay, then I would recommend that you work hard on getting a unit that is south-west facing for main door. This buyer, if he/she believes in fengshui and has been given strict instructions, will likely not budge.
2) If the buyer is buying for investment, then you have a chance. Explain to him/her that the main door direction affects him/her only if he/she intends to live in the property, not when purchasing for investment.
Although there are other ways to convince the buyer, this is possible only if you have more indepth knowledge of fengshui, how the chi moves and accumulates, and how it affects individuals and family members over time periods. These will be too difficult for you to handle at this moment.
