My parents have a house in Jambol Place. We are the first owner, just renovated the house for about 3 years and want to sell now. How much can it fetch?

Hi Ashley,
How much you can sell depends on lots of factors. Like the number of levels, what's the furnishing, facing, land area & built-in area...... It's very difficult to determine just by stating the details.
Maybe for a start, we can arrange a viewing so that by visual inspection, we can determine roughly how much it can fetch.

The selling price for your Jambol Place depends whether you had totally rebuild the house or A&A. It also depend on which side of Jambol Place your house is facing.
