Hi Mr Wolfman,
Some informations for your knowledge.
There are a total of 10 stacks from 1-10 with 1 and 10 commanding the best PSF pricing due to it's best facing of the city area and the sea and the rarity of 3 and 4 bedded room which can fetch around 3k+++over PSF there as majority of the units are either 1 or 2 bedded room which is around 2.6-2.9k.Another thing to take note,is the higher the level is,the better the pricing the unit can fetch.Hopefully this helps in your negotiation with your potential agent and get the best price possible for your unit:)
