My relatives have stayed in Blk 5 Joo Chiat complex,mid level for about 23 years.They are thinking of selling and upgrade to a 4 RM HDB flat in Bishan.How much would their current 3 RM flat,mid level at Joo Chiat Complex worth in current market?

Hi John,
How much your relative unit in Joo chiat Complex could fetch will depend on floor area, nearby location, facing, etc. This can only be known after viewing of the unit and some research after.
By the way, I have been staying in Bishan for 20 yrs now. I am very familiar with Bishan with good school nearby like Catholic High, Ai Tong School, etc.
If your relatives is looking to stay in Bishan, do drop me an email or call me directly so I could have a discussion with them to understand further. From here, I will be able to provide a suitable unit for them to view.

HI Mr John,..the latest transaction around your area was at blk 3 joo chiat,..level between 01-05...it was sold at 283k,and it was sold in october..current market now has slowen down..but u can take the price as a guide price...do contact me for a futher discussion,..as of now,i have a 4rm flat for sale in bishan.thanks.

The expected range of worth is between $270-$280k, depending on HDB's valuation, facing, floor and renovation.
Perhaps, u can contact myself to give u a more detailed worth, or how to go about selling your unit to fetch the best price possible.
