hi,, if i am an owner of an hdb property already,, can i buy another one if my current one is fully paid up??? i dont want to sell my current hdb house

Since you cannot buy another HDB flat, why don't you consider buying a Private property?
HDB allows you to invest in a private property as long as you fufill your minimum occupation period & you remain occupying your HDB flat.

sorry to say the answer is NO. We only can hold one HDB at one time.
