Hi - I'm looking for FH projects 2BR/2BR+1 (prefer around ~1100sqf) ranging between 700-800 PSF
Will like the following area:
-east area (ie esta/one amber)
-queenstown (ie anchorage)
-novena area
does anyone have any recommendations on such places? or anyone has available units at these prices?

I have a FH unit at The Acacias, located at Sommerville Road. This is a ground floor with patio, 1,098 sq. ft. Getting TOP in March 2009. Asking $800K.

Hi. I do have a unit at Butterworth 8 that might be exactly what you are looking for. It is 1023 sqft with 2+1 rooms. High floor with unblocked city view. Perhaps u can consider a 2-bedroom at ESTA (asking at $835,000) with sea view and of 1,001sqf. Hopefully we can convince and get the unit at $800k!!!
One's Amber and Anchorage prices asking generally above $900psf-$950psf.
I suppose Novena/Newton prices are out of your range as well.
And for East area, maybe u want to consider ASPEN LOFT / St.PATRICK's LOFT ??
