I am an Indonesia Chinese, wish to rent a HDB apartment of small size of 1 bedroom, 1 living +dining room, 1 TV, both with air-con and basic furnished, 1 kitchen with basic cooking facilities, 1 toilet with washing machine. Location is around Toa Payoh or nearby. Rental period would start from 1st Oct. 2010 for 1 year, could be extened for another year. Monthly rental SGD900/month. Kindly assist me seeking above silimar ot suitable for me.

Tks for your kind reply. I e-mailed your 1 HDB rental of 3-RM of total SGD1500/month starting from 1/10/2010 to my son-Patrick whose hp is 98513966. Kindly prepare suitable 3-RM HDB at T/Payoh for viewing. If acceptable, can Patrick book it beforehand because his current rental is up to 30/09/10.
