$600k is the avg price. of course if your interior is excellent, the price will be higher.

You may want to check the last transacted HDB prices in your neighborhood via HDB URA website (free). This will give you an idea of the market prices. The last transacted resale price for Blk 356, 21 to 25 floor, 117sqm is $585,000. You may also want to use the HDB Sale Proceed Calculator to calculate how much you may profit when selling your home.

Everyone of us could give you a rough indication on your unit, but to have a exact indication, i will propose you to get your valuation done by HDB instead of getting a rough indication.
But before getting a valuation, it will be best if you could let me help you out on a detail financial calculation and also to apply HLE approval or AIP from the bank if you intend to purchase another home.
As a profession agent, i dont just sell your house. i will make sure that you have a feel whether if after the calculation, you are comfortable to sell be it positive or negative sales.

The current market value of your flat will range from 600 to 630K. It varies from unit to unit, based on the condition of your unit. i.e. If it's wonderfully renovated and the condition is good, chances are you are able to warrant a higher price for your unit.
