Hi, my boyfriend and I are interested to buy a 2 bedroom condo/private apartment, with the intention to stay over the next 2 years and to rent out after this 2 yrs. Our budget is $600-700k. We do not want ground floor units. We are open to Central-East region eg Kallang, Clementi, Buona Vista eastern area, easily assesible public transport and with amenities nearby. We welcome suggestions from Guru on what other potential growth area that we can look at. Which would you advice us eg leasehold vs freehold Is there any difference | PropertyGuru
