I'm in the US looking to buy a condo in Singapore. Any recommendations on mortgages available to non-residents?

Based on the guidelines of our local Monetary Authority of Singapore, maximum loan limit to 70% of the valuation for foreigners, 90% for locals, depending on financial background assessment.
For resale condos, some sellers may ask above valuation. For new condos in construction, valuation is not compulsory,loan will be based directly on the selling price quoted by the developers.
For mortgage loan packages, there will be fixed interest packages(usually higher interest) or floating interest rates according to the Singapore Interbank Offer Exchange Rate, which is directly related to the local index fund performance.
