I am interested to buy a unit around robertson/river valley or some other areas at district 9 (studio to 2 rooms & Approx 1.2M) for investment(rental). Pls advise which condo/apartments are the most popular/higher demand which is able to get the higher return rental yield

Property market is on the down and is buyer demanding now. Was it a good time to invest, is all depend on how you look at it. The market is alway at the district 9,10,11 or 8.
Studio apartment is on the demand at the moment as most launch at distrist 8 are sold out within a day.
Younger generation are more keen in studio size and studio apartment is more easy to rent out than bigger unit or even for sale.
We can sit down had a chat on it as i believe, investment should focus in two or more basket than thrown all into one.

I have a 2 bedroom unit at The Quayside, fronting the river as well as poolview and city view. The project are mainly bought by investor as it commands a good rental returns. With the up and coming ravamp of the Spore River to cater to more entertainment and river activities,there is great enbloc potential as the plot ratio is not fully utilised.
