Am seriously looking to purchase a 3+1 patio/ balcony unit (Minimum size must be above 1250 sqft.) in Summerhill, Parc Palai, Symphony heights or Springdale along the Upper Bukit Timah stretch. As for Springdale, I'm looking for a patio unit possibly. My budget is under 900 K. Are there any available? Pls reply me. Gabriel.
