Hi, I currently own a 3 room HDB flat bought from HDB in Ang Mo kio center for around $86000 on a 30 years loan on HDB loan,I have repay for more than 5 years till now.The valve now for my flat is around $200000+.I wish to find out if I can get any mortgage loan from any banks to re-furnish my flat.I can't get a renovation loan as i dont intend to renovate it.Pls kindly assist. | PropertyGuru
