I could not find valuations of Condo at Geylang Lor 26, Le Arc.
Can you please help to advice the valuation of Le Arc, of a 1292 sqft at 4th Storey It is a four storey building. Ground floor is open carpark. total units of 12 units.

Geylang Lor 26, Le Arc.of a 1292 sqft at 4th Storey, #04-02. It is a four storey building. Ground floor is open carpark. total units of 12 units. Recently, there is a condo launch opp. of the road. Name of condo is Casa Aerata. Its help if your could visit the place.

Understood that there a condo nearby which is casa Aerata, going to launch soon. Selling at above $900/sqft. Is there possible to seek advice from the valuar, on the est. valuation. I am keen to sell my unit if the price is good.
