It is a development by City Development. The units has very good layout, balcony and excellent furnishing.
Most of units are bought for investment purposes. A lot of units are tenanted out. The rental rate for a studio unit is about $3.5k.
The location is good, situated in D9, and just beside Little India MRT. There are many amenities in the vincity.
If you want privacy, you can consider units facing the garden. Those units facing the pool are also facing other units, not much privacy.

Regard to your question, yes this condo already TOP 2008 and quite alot people are staying there and if you want to buy and stay, it no problem.
