The greatest problem I face is finding a reliable property agent. So far all the agents who have promised to help me, I never hear from them again. Please state down the details of what properties you have in mind. It basically boils down to where you want to buy and how much you intend to invest.

Hi KIm,
You cannot get a studio for less than $500K and that is why most of the agent did not call you back to serve you. If you increase your budget to $550K atleast, I m sure they will be glad to serve you.
You can also wait a little while because property market is dropping nw. you can purchase it then.

i have condo around at just 500K. This is at city fringe and is fully furnished. So this is a ready move in condition. I have sent you email on this. Do check and let me know if you have any further clarifications.

If u are agreeable to pay 1% comm to any agent to serve your purchase needs, beleive you wld get results. But, please stick with one agent. If you need "free" service, then i beleive most agts wont want to serve you. Suggest u be specific & suggest 1-3 apts that u wld want to buy.
