I want to know is Parc Vista 3+1 room $700 a good investment with a rental of $3.5K (tentanted). Went to Lakeshore but think it is too expensive though I can get about 4K. I want to buy for investment and rental. What is your advice?

hi again,just to add in...regarding Summerdale..its tenanted till march '09..as u can see this area,..the international school is in the process of building,and also the extension of jurong point..recently,a nice park now stands infront of jurong point,..its gonna be a second orchard road in future..meaning to say,..rental there is expected to go higher,bout 4k-4.5k..not to mention selling,..expected selling price in future going at 800k or above...do call me for more enquiries,..thanks...
