A 3 bedroom unit should be able to fetch around S$3.8k if it is fully furnished..

I am very familiar with this project. Have done number of lease and sale. If with a poolview and nice furnishing you may fetch S$3.5-4k. Hope I have a chance to serve you and do not hesitate to call 98571727 should you need further infos.
