I would be moving to singapore in august.
I am looking to rent a 1 bedroom , living room , kitchen apartment near the following MRT
1) Jurong
2) Redhill
3) Buona Vista
4) Dover
5) Clementi
6) LakeSide
7) bukit Gombak
8) Bukit Batok
My upper limit is 2200S$. I would prefer a condo but an HDB will also do if I like the apartment.
We would be 2 of us.
Would it be possible to get a CONDO in the above mentioned areas for my budget?

Hi Neerav,
The budget you should set aside for condo is between 3.5k - 5k...anything less than that would be an HDB apartment. Do give me a call, so i can help.

hi, you can get a HDB flat for rent at your budget. as for condo, if you are looking for the whole unit its quite rare to get to ur budget. however once you are in singapore you may contact me at 98500976 ms jaya (agent). i can help you locate a nice unit. thanks
