Hi, I have a 3brm Lakeshore condo 1227sqft (inclusive of patio 86sqft), ground floor with excellent pool view...I would like to know is it a good time to sell or rent out my property???

Deciding on what is the best possible price to sell for your property is difficult without facts and data from past and current market pricing trend, supply and demand etc. I can prepare a comprehensive report on your property for you. This is as good a question as is it the right time to buy? All sellers/buyers and first time investors generally fall into this trap. When is it the right time? Well, in all fairness and honesty, there is no right time. Maybe you should ask yourself a few questions to determine your objectives.
1.) Are you stretched if you hold on to your property? If not, why bother selling? Warren Buffet never sell his investments to make a quick profit.
2.)Are you intending to cash out? What is the amount of profit are you looking at? Is it acheivable in this current market?
3.)What are your plans after you cash out? Re-invest? Savings?
4.) Will you mind the hassle of leasing your property? Finding new tenants every 1 to 2 years, maintainance of air-conditioners, house cleaning everytime you change tenant?
If you are clear abt your goals, most probably you will make a precise and wise decision. Do not hesitate to call/sms or e-mail me should you need further assistance or clarification. In the mean time, CHILL!
