Interested to get a unit in ardmore park for 5m-7.xx m, there was a unit sold for 5.5m in january 2010, listed on URA site. Any unit, any block.. is it possible to get such units?

In all honesty, If you look at other transacted prices of other similar units, they are all in the range of 7.5 to 10 million. Currently, many 2885 sq feet units are listed in the market for around 8-9 million, unless you are willing to settle for a smaller unit.
