I looking for 3BR at 850K or 2BR at 700k, is it possible and reasonable price for Parc Palais?

Hi,
Just an idea for your market survey,.. Presently I do have two units 2 bedder at at least asking for 850k onwards. Other units of 3 rooms to 4 rooms are much more in the asking.

PLS CALL ME I HAVE MANY UNITS THERE I CAN NEGOTIATE TO THE BEST LOWEST PRICE FRO U IN WHICH UNIT U LIKE.
