I have a budget of $700,000 and am looking for a freehold apartment in the Hillview area. I am particularly keen on the Summerhill project. Is it possible to get a 3 bedroom apartment about 1000+sq ft in this district?

Shinn, the current market value for Summerhill project is about $950K for 3 bedroom. If you can consider the price, I can arrange for viewing. Doreen 98226564

Hi Shinn, for Summerhill itself, the price is slightly higher due to the larger units. the units available are around 1300-1600 sq ft, so though its only around 700+psf, the size of the units make it above your budget.
