According to our local rules & regulations, foreigners are not allowed to buy land titles in mainland Singapore. Sentosa island off the southern coast is an exception. Only citizens are allowed & permanent residents are subjected to approval by Singapore Land Authority.
I will recommend you to invest in a commercial property located near the Integrated Resorts & the F1 track. Such as office space & retail space. I have such listings at those districts. Drop me an email if you need some updates from the local property market.

At Sentosa ,you can buy landed Seni-D or other landed property(no restriction foreigner ,which you can park your yatcs at the frond door.You may invest in private condo at Orchard Road ,a popular shopping area. Please call +65-98267448 if you wants to view ,thanks
