I am deciding to rent out a 2000sqft apt at Cairnhill Mansions.
Could you please advise the current approximate rental for the apt which is in average or less than average condition.

Hi Sir, perhaps a less than average condition in Cairnhill Mansions would not be as favourable when there are quite good condition units out there at $4.5k. My advise would to touch up the place min with the least cost to command a better rental. Its always important to dress up the place for a better rent or sale. Is your unit a 3 rooms layout? I have clients who could be keen. We have seen some units which are asking between $4.8k-$5.5k.
