Dear Mr Tan,
Firstly, you need an agent to take a look at your unit if possible so that he/she can take some photos for marketing at a premium rental price for you depending the condition/floor level/unit size/any view/furnish/unfurnished or any afternoon sun.
Secondly, agents need to know what kind of tenants you are looking at. And how long of lease are you looking at. So that he/she can help you to narrow the clients profile for viewing.
Lastly, once you have found the tenant at your right price just leave all the documents for the agents to handle.
