According to our Homelist, the nearest 4 room HDB flat available for sale in your area is at block 288. That unit is valued at $450,000 and asking for a cash over valuation of $35,000.

Jennifier,go to http://www.hdb.gov.sg HDB website and then resale/transacted price, you will know the recent transacted price of your flat.Any assistance, feel free to call me, thanks.

Hi Jennifer,
Depending on your type and floor level, your flat may fetch $500k. The first step is to do a valuation first, based on the valuation price, we can work towards a selling price.
