I was told that the traffic condition on morning peak hourly for the road leading to the condo is very bad. Anyone can verify this?

Hi David,
I don't know Andy Lim (one of the 2 agents who has replied u). However, I strongly agree with Andy's suggestion as factors like "traffic condition" are very subjective & differ from individual to individual.

Hi,
Regard to your question, yes it true as only a road in and out of the condo and sharing with the landed house beside. Further more the heavy traffic along the Upper Bukit Tiamh Road where lot of vehicle travel to town thru that road.
